Complete Process

A new product development process normally goes through the steps provided below: the most intensive work coupled with ongoing troubleshooting through the entire process of production.

Concept and Design

After we have your idea and design, our competent, qualified team will review the details to ensure it is factory-workable. Once confirmed, it will be sent to the factory engineers who will create an appropriate technical drawing (2D or 3D) matching your design.

Approve Agreement

We will finalize the Product and Tooling Agreement as soon as it is approved. This agreement is between you and the factory, and it covers all aspects and explanations. It also decreases the possibility of any misunderstanding that may arise in any form.

Prototype Sample

As soon as all the relevant agreement paperwork has been signed and completed, we move onto the next phase, the prototype sample stage. Our factory engineers will then be instructed to create a prototype sample which will be sent to you for approval.

Final Development Phase

Once the client has approved the final prototype sample, the product development stage will have been completed in full. We then come to the final phase of the client placing a physical order whereupon we will instruct our factory to commence full production.
